Anlage fast perfekt. Service hält leider nicht mit. Check-In war chaotisch. Es wurde uns ein Zimmer zugeteilt, wo noch jemand wohnte. Sehr unangenehn und zeitraubend, bis wir ein anderes Zimmer bekamen. Man musste nach Ankunft eine Liste mit ca 10 Punkten unterschreiben, bekam aber keine Kopie mit. Trotz Aufforderung wurde unser Zimmer in 3 Tagen nicht gereinigt und nicht mit neuen Handtüchern bestückt. Keine frischen Handtücher am Pool. Schade! It’s our second stay at L3 Oasis. Planning to stay agin! Parking is free. Also very safe I love the location. Staff is great!

It was a basic, but good enough for this trip. The water kept going off and the water coming through the pipes was cloudy. There were spiders in the room. The bed was not comfortable. No restock or daily cleaving of the room . We had to go ask for toilet paper. No microwave or iron available. No breakfast was provided and the snack bar with snacks for purchase. There was a mini fridge in the room. The pool was cool.

Comfortable and pleasant Very minor, while the hotel is close to downtown it's really too far to walk. Not really a big deal, it's a cheap Uber ride. My room was large and comfortable, with great little touches like bottled water, Keurig coffee maker, bathrobes, etc. There were two good sized pools, which was nice. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
