Clean, nice pools, very friendly and helpful staff. No exhaust fan for bathroom and also the bed frame side post kept moving out and I had to push it back in to the proper position. Very clean

A great deal for price in Palm Springs! I will stay here again. Overall my room was clean, however the bath tub I got would get clogged easily so I had to unclog it during my stay. The bathroom wasn’t updated as well as other rooms I stayed in. I really enjoyed how there were two spacious pools and plenty of seating! Staff were super friendly and the people from palm springs are super welcoming!

Very Good The air conditioning was very loud, making it impossible to sleep during our four-day stay. The room was not cleaned and the towels were not replaced during our stay. There was also no kettle in the room — only a coffee machine. Good location, close to downtown Palm Springs.A reasonably large swimming pool.
