Good value for money but be aware of loud A/C The A/C unit was very load, and being a light sleeper only slept 2-3 hours the first night, even using earplugs. Also, did not get any housekeeping service during my 2 night stay. Spacious, comfortable room; quiet location close to the tram.

It was an unexpected pleasure. The most disappointing were the beds, I wish the hotel had better mattresses. However, this is not a complaint. I was extremely surprised at the value. That made up for it. I would def return. The location was further north than I expected. However, the staff was extremely friendly, great pool, and the cleanliness made me feel comfortable.

Exceptional Nothing at all. Everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved my stay here! The rooms were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was amazing, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, I booked this hotel by mistake because I was originally looking at a different property, but it turned out to be the best mistake!
