Great location, friendly staff Had Mountain View room which was OK but as it faced the road there was some road noise Great location for Palm Springs and wider area.

Very Good The bathroom lighting was inadequate - not enough for doing hair and makeup. The pools were nice but not super clean. It was comfortable and clean.

Great value and a nice place to stay for a quick getaway. The location is great. Our room was very clean and despite being near a main road, was very quiet.

Good The staff was not accomodating. I kindly asked to drop my bags before check-in time, they said no. I was waken up for 3 hours during the night because they were redoing the street in front of my room. It was SO loud. They did not care. Being a host, I would have given a small discount to someone if this happened. I understand it's not their fault, but it's not mine either. The worst thing is after telling me they can't do anything, they couldn't even give me some water to drink. They gave me 2 small bottles for my 3 nig... read more
