Palm Springs Oasis getaway Loved the ample parking and location has many things do to with shops and restaurants all around. Room is beautifully decratdd chic and pool area has so many cabanas for the sunny weather here in palm springs

Anlage fast perfekt. Service hält leider nicht mit. Check-In war chaotisch. Es wurde uns ein Zimmer zugeteilt, wo noch jemand wohnte. Sehr unangenehn und zeitraubend, bis wir ein anderes Zimmer bekamen. Man musste nach Ankunft eine Liste mit ca 10 Punkten unterschreiben, bekam aber keine Kopie mit. Trotz Aufforderung wurde unser Zimmer in 3 Tagen nicht gereinigt und nicht mit neuen Handtüchern bestückt. Keine frischen Handtücher am Pool. Schade!
