Very pleasant short stay. Property exceeded our expectations. the hotel must have a problem with damage to their property from guests. There is a lengthy check in list of specific behaviors that are not allowed and property that you will be responsible for if it is damaged. Unfortunately this is probably necessary on their part due to disrespectful guests. Room was well appointed and very comfortable. It was also in very nice condition. I liked the style.

Convenient, comfortable, friendly staff, in a great location. Exterior of the hotel needs some cleaning up Location, close to Downtown Palm Springs

Very nice, will book again. A shower at the pool area would be nice. There is no breakfast. 2 nice restaurants are 3 minuets walk from the hotel.

Wonderful
Overall a good experience, but lackluster environment. Shower/tub was not operating properly. Lobby furnishings are drab and dated. Very little light with privacy provided. Location and staff.
