Overall experience was good! Really quiet and close to downtown Palm Springs. Unfortunately the only complaint I have is The property was clean and tidy. The 2 pools were clean and nicely heated. The patio furniture was updated and clean.

Wonderful
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir hätten sehr gern eine Handdusche gehabt anstatt die feste Regendusche. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht.

Exceptional
Good Ended up with a room with two full (not queen) beds that were too small for two of us to sleep in. Decent location and the units have been nicely renovated (except the bathroom, in which they have spray painted the tile). Housekeeping did a good job each day. Two pools, that are fairly nice.

I would stay again, when I visit the area again. Overall good staff, but need to be able to get us all checked in at 4 P Staff friendly, but flustered when slightly short staffed at check in. 7:30 open is too late for free coffee and water as stated by staff, 6:30 better. Cleanliness, Jucuzzi, sparkling when all staff on hand
