Hôtel très agréable pour un court séjour à Palm Springs Rien Seulement une nuit passée dans cet hôtel mais nous avons été agréablement surpris. La chambre est très grande, moderne et agréable. La piscine chauffé et le jacuzzi sont vraiment un plus et nous avons pu prendre notre petit-déjeuner (acheté au supermarché pas loin) au bord de la piscine au soleil. Rien à dire!

Wonderful The staff was exceptional. I did have difficulty with my key card, but the front desk staff was very helpful in assisting me.
Exceptional Staff was so amazing and helpful! The room exceeded my expectations and the price was killer! Definitely staying here again for future trips.

You get what you pay for The bathroom/shower was dirty, I don’t know the last time someone scrubbed the walls of the shower. Appliances kept falling off the wall like the toilet paper holder. The smoke alarm battery woke us up in the middle of the night, when we asked if it had been changed while we were out the next day they said yes but when we got back to our room it hadn’t been changed. My deposit wasn’t returned to me because to little miner clean wasn’t done and the wasted trash wasn’t taken out. The fact that there wasn’t a microwave oven in the room. The plugs didn’t work for the bathtubs. Nothing really was or great or caught my interest
