Lovely mini getaway! From check in to check out this was such a lovely stay. My little family and I just wanted a little get away from the city and through reviews we chose to stay at L3 since many reviews stated that it was a good place for families. Checking in Louis was just so welcoming, sweet and informative. I’ve traveled quite a bit and she’s definitely the most sweetest front desk person I have ever met. Our room was nice! Weekend to recharge! One thing that was a bummer is that they close their pools at 10 pm. I felt that's a bit early since it's very warm in Palm Springs Their ice machine was down so we had to go to 7-Eleven for ice. not fun. This was my first time at this hotel. The rooms were well kept. The bonus was that it provided all the main toiletries, in case you happened to forget your shampoo. Overall a quiet and nice hotel.
