Great location to explore Joshua Tree NP and Palm Springs Unfortunately, the room did not quite live up to the expected standards. The provided mugs for coffee were dirty. The water in the shower only got luke warm and the shower head had excessive lime scale. Overall a better motel rather than a hotel in my opinion. Nice motel in Palm Springs with appealing interior. Nice room, pool, and location! Very nice room. You have everything you need. Just a super short drive from downtown. The pool area was very nice as well. Wasn’t a fan of the blanket.. I will bring my own next time. But we will definitely stay here again. Overall we had a great time at L3 Oasis Hotel!

This is more of a motel rather than hotel, no handicap ramps to get to 2nd floor. No ramps to reach 2nd floor, bags had to be hand carried to the room. Next time will need to request a room on the ground floor. Staff was as helpful as possible, very pleasant.

Palm Springs Oasis Two beautiful pools. Plenty of seating and lounge chairs around the perimeter. Very clean. Exceptional staff.
