LaQuinta by Wyndham could do so much better on their appearance. went to NYC for the weekend. the parking sucks, the room was way to small to even accommodate 4 ppl, the phones did not work, had to lift up on the door to get it to latch shut securely, the door keys took about 6-8 tries to get door to open. the elevator smell and the cleanliness of over all of the hotel was horrendous and there were rats the size of gophers running around. not joking!! location was eh

Disappointing The TV in the room wouldn’t work. The toilet wouldn’t flush. I had asked the staff multiple times if they can send someone and no one went to fix it. I was very disappointed on our stay.
