Hotel no sirve.... No me gustó nada del hotel un servicio pésimo ....las habitaciones en las 4 noches que nos hospedamos nunca las limpiaron , no cambiaron sabanas ni toallas ....teníamos que ir a recepción a buscar jabón y papel higiénico por que nunca nos pusieron en el baño. Para lo que pagamos por noche espere un poco más y no fue así, no se lo recomiendo a nadie Lo único bueno era que el tren que conectaba con Time Square quedaba a pasos y que alrededor tenía para comer

Bad El hotel es sucio. Al entrar a la habitación habia un fuerte olor a cigarrillo. El baño e instalaciones sucias, al parecer no limpiaron bien la habitacion al salir los huespedes que habian antes. Las toallas sucias, realmente súper desagradable. Se habló con la administración sobre estos detalles y no hicieron nada. No les importó. Lo único bueno fue que nos permitieron hacer late check out

Incomoda la habitación la limpieza no es buena el aire del cuarto no le cabe más hongo y sucio deberían de botar todo y poner todo nuevo de tras de la cortina había una botella de agua y una de refresco solo Dios sabrá desde cuando está eso ahí detrás del televisor había una bolsita de sustancia en fin nada de sus imágenes son reales a lo que ves… solo la ubicación

Fair Que no servia la chapa de la habitacion y tenia que pedir que me abrieran cada vez que salia Ademas me hicieron esperar demasiado en la recepcion antes de darme mi habitacion reservada por booking

Dirty hotel, needs remodeled, housekeeping needs to be showed how to clean. Dirty, dirty dirty. Room smelled. Trash on the floor. Sheets were dirty. Soiled towels in the bathroom. The amount they charge, the furniture looks like garage sale material. I would not suggest booking here! Location to the metro subway.

habitación sucia y además un condon usado tirado en la habitación pésimo servicio y estábamos con un niño de 2 años nada

Basic hotel. Location of room could change experience I will speak specifically about the room I had. I got the basement (1st) floor room closest to the lobby. The room itself was comfortable and basic. Only two pillows on the bed which was fine when travelling alone, but probably not the best for a couple. The room is below street level, so you can see people walking past your window. That might be a turn off for some. The AC was a bit loud, but my biggest complaint is that you could hear all the noise in the lobby. For som... read more
