Satisfying First night was rough since the AC unit did not work, management solved the problem for the night and the next day they had a new room available for us, which is beyond amazing. My whole family enjoyed our stay here including our 2 kittens, the hotel staff was amazing and friendly and the location was clean, kids had an amazing time in the pool which is open 8am-10pm which for them was amazing on its own , we all had so much fun and there were a lot of places to eat all around the hotel

My stay was pleasant. The key card to room had to be recharged often. Many attempts needed to get the door open. The breakfast was adequate.
