Very good but short stay My flight into DFW was delayed 3.5 hours and wouldn't land until 2:10 am. I let the hotel know, and they made sure not to cancel my reservation but not the late arrival time. When I checked in, the heating unit in the room didn't work. I couldn't change it to heat mode. Dallas temps had plummeted to the 40's. I called the front desk, and the gentleman cheerfully switched me to another room. That room heater worked very well and was a great relief.
