The property was dirty and the bed sheets were dirty. It took 12 hours for me to get replacement sheets. I never got extra bath towels

Needs to be severely remodeled & plumbing sucks. The shower was disgusting!

I called for towels a few times I was told someone was bringing them no one came. I called for housekeeping no one ever came our entire stay. The floors had burnt marks on them and the ceiling was rushy. I honestly wish I could get money back!

Dirty. Unsafe, domestic dispute above us. Unhelpful staff. Trash everywhere - in hallways, parking lots, lobby. Also the ceiling was leaking in lobby. BE WARNED.

When I reserved I was able to use the pool but when I arrived they want to charge me more money to have a access to the pool

Very outdated, not fully cleaned, and says smoke free but reeks of smoking odor. Very unpleasant experience, had to leave same day and book outside of Expedia

Very out of date. The hotel smelled like insence and cigarettes. And was dirty.

I stayed two nights with my daughter. Other than the bed (comfortable) and towels (nice and clean) everything else was disappointing. Hotel needs a major cleanup and renovations.
