There was no sign on the building stating that the La Quinta hotel, the hotel was very rundown, the carpet in the room was terribly stained, and our feet stuck to the carpet if we stood in place. Generally, the whole place was just dark and dingy. Our refrigerator didn’t work and the front desk was not helpful for almost 2 hours until we insisted on changing rooms. We cancelled our second night.
Property did nothing about load party and music until 5am on Saturday night. Door key readers failed frequently, had to replace keys three times. Advertised Jacuzzi in pool area included in description and in pool area pictures had been removed and was not available. according to desk agent management was aware of misrepresentation and have done nothing to correct the advertisement. This property needs a lot of work. I felt unsafe the three nights I stayed. My room door was open before I opened it and thought someone might be in the room the TV was on. I went back to the front desk and the girl said no one should be in the room. I went back to the room and a guy was standing at the door he said he here and was checking the room.
i never received any towels or wash cloths
Worst hotel ever leak and mold rain buckets at check in. Ply wood in hall ways took 3 times to get my key right for my room and the. Last time I just ask for a refund worst experience
