The customer service is really but the place smells terrible they have dogs in the rooms which is something new for me.the breakfast was very bad. The rooms smelled like dog poop👎

We had to change rooms 4 times before we finally got a room that was clean enough & didn't stink to high heaven of pet urine or cigarette smoke. There was also no hot water our entire stay & was told they didn't know when maintenance would be there to fix that issue! They also told us upon arrival that we had to pay $50 for our room but would get that back within 2 days after checkout, HOWEVER, upon checkout, come to find out they charged us $100 ($50 per night) and we will not receive that back for at least 7 days! Las opciones para el “desayuno” son huevo hervido , cereal o waffles hechos por uno mismo en una sartén que se ve que no la limpian . Solo puedes tomar 1 juego por persona y está muy sucio todo . Empleado tratan con mala actitud a los huéspedes y no cambian sábanas ni toallas hasta el día que te vas ni tan siquiera botan la basura de los cuartos . Cerraduras dan mucho trabajo para entrar a los cuartos, todos los días tuve que ir a cambiar la llave por qué no habría la puerta . Pápeles con excremento en los pasillos .
