Bad customer service, no respect for paying customers

Les corridors sont trop sales, voire répugnants, pas bien entretenus, avec déchets qui traînent et saletés qui pourrait facilement disparaître avec un coup d'aspirateur (c'était toujours pareil trois jours plus tard). Heureusement, dans la chambre c'était mieux. Le déjeuner est une farce. Point positif : les enfants ont aimé la piscine.

There were some kind of blood stain on the mattress. This hotel needs a major update! Everything is dirty and aged... Its next to a highway and the noise was unbearable... stay away

This is a flea pit. It’s dirty. The rooms are not cleaned. They just make the beds after each guest leaves. It’s affordable on the Easter weekend… but otherwise this place needs putting out of its misery. Filthy and unloved.

There was no coffee at 8 AM so good luck with breakfast. Glad I brought my own cereal for my son. I ate nothing this morning. Dried bagel and eat with what?

Dirty, smelly, breakfast had moulds, dirty blankets, breakfast items not replinshed HAD A TERRIBLE STAY

I didnt like that the pictures advertise a hot tub. I traveling the extra distance and paid more money because I thought there was a hot tub. Upon arrival, I was told there was no longer a working hot tub. They shouldn't advertise one if they dont indeed have one. We arrived to a low quality hotel. The elevator was broken, I have a disability and stairs are difficult to me. The floors in our room were completely covered in something sticky. I would not stay here again. 😒
