Horrible the staff was harassing specifically the breakfast staff. The towels were dirty and the microwave had fingerprints all over. The room had gnats. I thought I was gonna get scabbed Sp when will they be closed? Signed Very disgusted

This has to be the worst hotel, I have been to. 5 days and housekeeping never came to service the room. The keys stopped working daily, had to wait on line to get keys re-set. Place is disgusting. Have to pass though a dark space, stacked up with chairs and boxes (floor to ceiling) to get to the breakfast area. Pool out of order, so is gym equipment. Bathroom is rusty, gym is filthy, place smells like wet dirty dogs. I kept waiting for Norman Bates to show up. Beyond disgusting property.

Check in...entered room and found yellow stains on the sheets. Checked out immediately!

The key card didn’t work in the door. Another guest tried to help us and stated that they had the same issue. We got in once but couldn’t again after we returned. Staff tried to use their master key but it didn’t work so they had to use a machine that they plugged into the bottom of the lock. Also, garbage all over the hallways and parking lot. Hair all through the wash clothes.

The sheets on the beds were dirty. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom,so there was water all over the bathroom floor each time we shower. The hallway leading to the room was dirty,and pieces board board was leaning up on the wall was i considered to be dangerous especially when kids are around. The vending machine takes the money and doesnt deliver the goods.

Not by any means La Qunta standards. Looks like an old Days Inn with a cheap face lift. Property said no smoking but my room smelled

I called to inform a late arrival so they cancelled the room for the first night. The hall carpet is dirty. The toilet overflowed during the night. They replaced the room. The new room smellwd of tobacco smoke and there was a cigar butt floating in the toilet. The parking areas were littered with large amounts of trash. When the toilet overflowed I gave up on calling the desk and walked out there to report. I told the girl the phone was never answered and she said “I know, the whole phone system doesn’t work”.
