This stay was HORRIBLE! Rooms were extremely dirty!! (I have photos)! There was no hot water in room (238). Hotel moved us to room 215 (equally dirty) and They were renovating room 213 - full with table saws & hammers! Oh and loud music to accompany the renovation. Demanded a refund and left - STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND!

First the woman at the reception was terrible the check in was not at three was at six the pool was not hot the unique good thing was the room no more

Avoid this place unless you don’t have a choice. Floors stained, staff and hotel are low quality, had to schedule cleaning/not available daily, staff wear street clothes, no ventilation in the washrooms, gym is useless, key card does not work to access pool, towels are hard to get took a day to get fresh towels, had to badger staff to clean. Paid $2000 for 3weeks, but $1000 is what it was worth. Flash back tobthe 70’s at this spot. Staff cones to room and knocks without calling. I stayed at this location with my family for a week. We requested housekeeping 3 times. We needed clean towels, toilet paper and sheets. They did not come not even once. We went out to buy our own things because they just never came and we were in huge need of it. We had 3 kids under 6 with us. It was important for us to make sure they were in a clean environment. They had breakfast every morning but the older woman overseeing breakfast harassed my husband everytime we came and ate with the kids because the kids inconvenient... read more
