The place is not clean . Very dated . Very old carpet floor that smells bed and stained..furniture from decates . Unhealthy environment.

I have stayed here before and it was fine. Huge decline in the grounds and condition of the hotel. They told me the rate was going to be $50 a night more than we had booked for! First room smelled really bad, second room smelled fine, looked clean on first look, it a bit thread bare. The linens looked previously slept in with stains, trash and fresh blood. When checking in the lady upfront stated I did not have a booking , please keep in mind we were traveling from Houston therefor my phone was dead so I had to charge my phone whirl me and my family are eager to shower up and relax from our flights. I charge my phone enough to show her my receipt and she all of a sudden found my booking. Second day we ask for towels at 8am and I was told their were no towels but they would bring some up asap. Horrible the staff was harassing specifically the breakfast staff. The towels were dirty and the microwave had fingerprints all over. The room had gnats. I thought I was gonna get scabbed Sp when will they be closed? Signed Very disgusted

This has to be the worst hotel, I have been to. 5 days and housekeeping never came to service the room. The keys stopped working daily, had to wait on line to get keys re-set. Place is disgusting. Have to pass though a dark space, stacked up with chairs and boxes (floor to ceiling) to get to the breakfast area. Pool out of order, so is gym equipment. Bathroom is rusty, gym is filthy, place smells like wet dirty dogs. I kept waiting for Norman Bates to show up. Beyond disgusting property.
