The floor at my room was sticky; in general, it was dirty. It smelled hard on cigarrette & marijuana. Photos doesn't match with reality.

The hallways and rooms smell

Hallways and lobby reales of cigarettes. Our room had stains all over the carpet and curtains. The bathroom ceiling was covered in stains. Staff was super unfriendly. There was a fire during our stay and they gave us no direction. No answers as to what happened. No apologies for the inconvenience. Extremely rude when i asked about when we’ll be able to return to our rooms. Gym was dirty and pool was closed with no explanation.

They gave us a room in “pet section” with out even asking us if we had any pets or if we had requested for that section. Breakfast was very limited hard boiled eggs that tasted synthetic

When we arrived late at night as soon as you pulled up there was an overwhelming smell of weed. When you walk into the building there is also an odd smell to it. The only reason we were staying there was for the use of the pool BUT was told they were waiting for a part since AUGUST of 2022. This actually turned us away as well and we found somewhere else to stay. IF you are looking to stay somewhere very nice with a working pool-this is NOT the place.
