No hot water, morning or night. No breakfast even though it was promised. Flickering lights. Very close to highway. No USB ports in the room. Tv wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi so I could watch football game on Amazon Prime. Most inconvenient stay of my life. Desk didn’t have change for a $20. Could not tip housekeeping the way I would have liked. Very outdated.
I just as disappointed by the lack of staff and equipment.. needed 2 more towels and after talking to 3 employees, hada someone bring over towels to my room 30 minutes later… just not very clean, love the La Quintas but not this one…. Sorry
Spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere nicer. This hotel was like a roadside motel, dirty and smelled horrible of cigarettes and weed. When we arrived late in the evening we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk. Our room was filthy, it seemed like it was turned over for a guest who was already in the same floor. Needed a good vacuum, total remodel, new sheets and towels. My husband and I were there with our two very small children and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
I wanted to have hot milk. There was no heating or milk and when I asked the lady who took care of breakfast she told me no. then such a hotel impossible there is no microwave in the restaurant. breakfast time stops at 9:30 she closed the door at 9:24, a client she came at 9:25 she just asked her for a tea she didn't want. she even opened the door. the restaurant not too dark light it looks like a cellar. impossible to sleep with the noise of the heating. I preferred to sleep in the cold instead of the noise

Mattress needs to be replaced. Light on side of building shining right into window. Curtains didn't help
Walked in to the first room and you could smell the weed from the hall . Staff was friendly and immediately switch rooms for me . Second like first was not as described , dark , dirty, spider webs everywhere in the ceiling , it was overall weird and not visually appealing. Needs to be cleaned and remodeled.
