Poor condition of the AC and terrible smell of marijuana in the hallway. Staff not very helpful except for a couple. Will never stay there again.

This hotel was a dump and more like a motel. We checked in late and were given a room all the way around the back. Staff was meh. When we finally found the correct entrance, the key card didn’t work. We went back to the lobby and they changed our room to one closer to the front. When we got upstairs, the hallway was dimly lit and disgusting. The banister was broken and lying on the floor. Went on a Saturday and the hotel was very busy. Hallways and rooms are very dirty. Someone knocked on my door around 2am n peep hole was blocked, I was scared for my safety as I had my son drive over at 2:30am to stay the night. When he arrived he told me there was a weird man just standing at the end of the hallway. Anyone can walk in and there aren’t any cameras anywhere. I personally wouldn’t stay again.

Overall stay was ok, its not really as good as other La Quinta I stayed in. My main issue is we booked two rooms and told them we don't want any cleaning. We we're out the entire day the clean crew came in the room and realized there not supposed to clean and left the room open and unlocked the entire day.
