Good evening I had very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of my room the advertisement of this hotel they did not have a pool or Jacuzzi working, and my children was very hurt. They wasn’t able to be able to swim. We chose this property because of the pool and the Jacuzzi the bathroom tub was dirty.
It wasn’t a pleasant stay people making lots of noise and not able to sleep
The property looked nice from the outside and the front area was ok. Once we ventured into the hallway, the carpets were dirty/dingy looking. I took pictures in the room where there were hairs on the bathroom floor that were clearly not mine and they seemed to be under the rug. Along with dirt. Receptionist could have been a little easier to work with, booked hotel for pool, pool was closed, tried to get early chk in, they weren’t having it, hard to believe ever room is cleaned at 3pm. Across the street was also 3pm chk in and still gave us a room at 2pm.
There was a spider in the bathroom and it’s not clean,also the website says there’s a indoor swimming pool but there is no swimming pool available and they don’t inform the customer that
No wifi, staff not that available to guest request.
Big in appearance but nothing at all like it. Very bad service.
The bathroom was not really clean, cobwebs on the ceiling and corners of room, coffee pot was dirty, breakfast area tables were also dirty. Not many options for breakfast. The door latch was broken and the card had to be swiped 2-4 times to get the door open.
When i arrived 2 police officers were in the lobby looking for someone.. went to dinner and came back to 6 police officers looking for someone
