Horrible rooms & Service To start off with our room was dated smelled horrible and had dried blood stains on the pull out bed and sofa, dident feel comfortable or safe and it was the "Best room they had." Service was horrible, very rude and pool was closed without reason for the whole spring break weekend. For "Maintenance". Nothing. We have always stayed at La Quinta and have always had clean rooms and good service. This time was the total opposite.

I liked the staff because they were nice and friendly. Everyone spoke and helped me when I asked. The elevator was missing buttons and it sounded like at any moment it would give out. While the hotel is pet friendly I overheard someone on staff say they didn't know that many dogs were staying there which was disturb because I literally saw dogs my whole stay. Dont stay here They took over 2k out of my acount and i had to dispute with bank and them. They said that money would take 3 to 5 days. Ruined my vacation and all the manager had to say was sorry. Nothing pool was clean thats all.

It was okay for the price that we paid. Normally when I book a double bed, the beds are queen size beds, these were full size. My towels had hair stuck in them. So we went out and purchased towels. The shower head had like hard water build up around them, which may be because house cleaning doesn’t clean them. The rooms could have been clean better.
