this place was very disappointing the front desk clerk was very rude and not helpful!! we didn’t get to stay here we didn’t get to stay, they gave away our room!!!

Bad We ended up not going, the worker there called me and was very rude, threatening I would miss my reservation if I didn't get there asap. We were still over an hour away and decided not to even waste our time. She had an AWFUL attitude and was rude to another guest while on the phone with me, telling that person they needed to wait. She was talking to someone else. Her tone was rude and aggressive. it was ok the room was hot! AC didn’t blow as good clean

Bad Como les comenté me cobraron doble la estancia quedaron de regresarme mi dinero y todavía no o se me reflejA en mi cuenta El desayuno es una estafa para nada se puede llamar desayuno a eso La sra de guardia no o ISO nada por resolver mi problema paso mi tarjeta nuevamente y se cobro
