Room great, staff and instruction sadly missing The receptionist didn’t tell us about the breakfast which we missed out on or which way to go to our room from reception. We ended up going the wrong way along the ground floor smelling of marijuana!!! the elevators are very old. The room is was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy.
Great place to stay on a long layover at IAH, comfortable and convenient. We use this stay on a long layover at IAH, we used the shuttle to the hotel and slept for a few hours, the staff was friendly and attentive and the shuttle run on time.

It was cool The bed was a little hard It was ok but the time change for breakfast had us confused
Handy location to restaurant for supper meals. Glad there was a shuttle. Outside area needs some repair. Wish the pool was heated. Breakfast was good..nice lobby Airport shuttle was handy.
