The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious!
Parking was lighted, close by and I felt secure. A/c in the lobby was out 3 days and it was very uncomfortable. I liked my room although it had many cosmetic issues. I slept very well. It was quiet, secure and convenient.
Not my hotel experience!!! Considering the circumstances of Covid this was new to us , i feel Housekeeping could still come to each room, to make sure we need anything. If they do not want to clean the rooms daily. Hotels always need updates to keep everyone comfortable.(in the websites) you need to mention the pools will be closed- and or If you say on your list breakfast 🥞 will be served.
