Customer service was awesome nice people
The staff was very friendly. We had a suit so noise was not an issue at all and it was a sold out hotel. Options of supplies, snacks and drinks to buy on site and an extremely reasonable price.
Having a fridge, coffee machine and room service. All of that, plus the breakfast in the morning. I enjoyed it all really.
The manager crissy is very nice.and so is the lady at desk during 2nd shift.
Average hotel. Could definitely use some upgrades and new bed linens. Ok for one nights stay.
Hotel is a little worn out. The bathtub had issues with what looked like water stains on the walls. The carpet in the room was stained and frayed. Dogs woke us up barking in the middle of the night. On line it still says that breakfast is offered but "because of covid" they are currently not offering breakfast! Just not worth the price!
Great customer service !! Pool wasn't open and AC in our unit wasn't working properly.
The hotel is very old and run down. It’s okay for an emergency stay.
Internet did not work. Low water pressure. Needs attention and updating.
