Ads were very misleading. Location. Too noisy. Appliances made noises. Air conditioning made noises. Airplanes made noises. Kids running in hall. No place to eat. Had to have food delivered. Found a bug in bathroom. No place to wash hands after using toilet. No washcloths. Pool was nice. Friendly employees.
My items was stolen from this hotel and the staff and manager saw cameras and still did nothing Nothing Nothing

The nightstand was dirty, it was not wiped down prior to my stay. Breakfast was not very good It provided shuttle service from the airport The shuttle driver Adrian was very nice

Bad The people and maids were rude
not going back again no fridge or microwave in the room no telephone in the room room service stuff don't speak English the price of the room is high it's near the airport

No volveríamos El desayuno era muy básico y carecía de opciones. La habitación inicialmente no tenía colgadores de ropa ni secadora de cabello. La habitación no había sido limpiada adecuadamente cuando llegamos. La habitación era mucho más pequeña de lo que parecía en las fotos.

It was overall poor. Get rid of Bedbugs, better breakfast Nothing ! Every Room had Bed Bugs and didn't get no comp.
