Incómodo Está sucio y viejo Nada
Poor as piss. The customer service representatives had no manners. The rooms were full of chewing gum. The bed mattress was broken. The ac was not cooling. Just to name a few. Location
It was a good place to come and go if you have a busy schedule while you are visiting but it can be improved Old furniture, lack of breakfast options and meal options, overall cleanliness The pool

Bad the whole property was run down, we got a room with two double beds, the door wouldn’t open not even the master key would open it, claimed to have upgraded our room but instead we were stuck with one bed and a couch, couldn’t even give us another blanket said that the cleaners would, they never came so i went to the front desk and he said there aren’t any. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Nothing

Considering the amount being charged for this stay, the overall condition and service quality are unacceptable. I would I am extremely disappointed with the condition of my room and the quality of service provided during my stay. The room was unclean, and the bed linen and towels also appeared dirty. As a result, I was unable to sleep comfortably because my skin became itchy and I constantly felt as though bugs were crawling on me. Very disappointed!!! The eggs for breakfast were cold but that is nothing to compare to our stay. The room was dirty we could not walk barefoot because it was so dirty, there were hairs in the sink, the TV did not work for a while because there was no connection but when finally worked we had to call for help because the remote control did not work and we had to change the remote 3 times.
