bad employee Terrible service and an incredibly frustrating experience. The person working at the front desk was extremely rude, discourteous, and had absolutely no desire to help. When I got to my room, I discovered the shower was filthy. I went back down immediately to ask them to send housekeeping or move me to another room. this hotel need renovation. and make smoke area away from the front entrance The room was old and the shower bad. This hotel need as soon as possible renovation. Also there were guest smoking by the entrance of the hotel. Terrible when I was walking with kids and the smell was bad. Ice machine: No working Breakfast was ok. Room: Look old and shower bad.
