Room keys (cards) kept not working for us. Other than that, it was a good place to stay in Blackhawk. Comfy king beds too!

The room was just okay. Bed was comfortable, but the room needs a good cleaning or major updating. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Check-in process was slow. The kiosk didn’t work. The location of hotel check-in was not clearly marked and confusing. Luckily saw a sign on a door in the corner of the parking garage that indicated where to go. The casino was decent.
