Poor customer service When checking in there was nobody at the desk and had an auto check in that was having trouble getting reservations to pull up. Had to walk around to find someone to help. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The casino had no live tables running and this is Saturday at 3pm. Had to go to other casino to play live tables. The stay was nice but I’ve been gambling for 40 years and have never felt like I was being cheated until gambling at the Horseshoe Casino. I really felt the tables were rigged. It was almost comical
Our room was noisy, right next to the elevator. Not a lot of good choices. Shower was falling apart
Great locale and value, and awesome for my dog.

check-in was a total mess,had to ckeck-in next door after waiting 2.5 hours, no ice on any floor.
Maybe more than one nights stay of towels, washcloths and hand towels would be really nice.
