Pleasant The room was so hot. And no hot water it took 10 minutes for it to get hot water to shower The staff was nice
Business response:
We are disappointed to hear about the room temperature and water issues. Thank you for noting our nice staff!
Overall it was pleasant. Rooms are definitely not sound proof, I could hear house keeping knocking on doors all morning. Had to walk all the way across to Horseshoe to check in, then all the way back to find our room. Directions to actual rooms are slightly confusing. Loved the bathroom sink
Business response:
Sorry for any inconvenience with the noise and check-in process, Raechel. Glad you loved the bathroom sink and found your stay pleasant overall!
