I liked the proximity to our favorite place. I would have liked a few.mor coffee pods in our room or free morning coffee. A guide to where food is or breakfast would be nice. Small things that are helpful for out of town people.

The room is spacious, staff was nice and the beds are comfortable. We didn’t like that the rooms are hot we couldn’t get the cool air to turn on so we had to sleep with the window open and our sink was clogged.

Unfortunately there are time when our AC system is shut down during the winter due to the very low outside temperatures that we experience in the mountains. Room was basic, little pricey for older hotel and casino, but comfortable. Convenient access to two casinos throught skyways. Black Hawk is a cool city!

Easy late evening check in after the Super Bowl. No issues with room or cleanliness. Staff courtesy was great!
