The staff were great. Dan at check in who was friendly. Both Ben and Tara were great bartenders and made playing poker at the bar a fun time.

You have to walk a long ways to check in. We walked past 2 desks that were closed. You have to check in at the Horseshoe hotel and the walk all the way back to Lady Luck. The rooms were very nice though.
