We received a nice upgrade on the room we booked because the computer system was down. Beautiful room!

So impersonable, didn't like not having a front desk clerk. Got to our room and it looked like they were in the process of working on it. Had to move to a different room. Weren't allowed to check in to our room early unless we paid more. I think that is quite crappy!

The hotel should get some kind of phone app for check in. The kiosk is ok, but a 10 dollar penalty for early check in is ridiculous. Even if its one minute.the hotel is hard to navigate once insde.

Was not that impressed with the room no local TV channels have to pay for TV and they don't tell you that there is a report fee on the website

El hotel como cualquiera ocupabamos un microondas pero no tiene lo que nos hace tardado que solo hay un empleados algo mayor y tarda mucho con cada cliente ,hay 2maquinas para checar uno mismo pero no sirven hojala pongan más empleados a la hora de reservaciones como de 4en adelante que es cuando la gente hace fila en espera de ser atendido
