April at check-in was amazing. She was fun and upbeat while faced with checking in five people in one party, all paying for individual rooms. It could have been nerve-wracking but she was so fun and friendly. A big shout out to April from all five of us! Unfortunately, the room conditions were not great. The refrigerator barely worked, there is no fan in the bathroom and the room air did not work until the next morning.
