The room was just okay. Bed was comfortable, but the room needs a good cleaning or major updating. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Check-in process was slow. The kiosk didn’t work. The location of hotel check-in was not clearly marked and confusing. Luckily saw a sign on a door in the corner of the parking garage that indicated where to go. The casino was decent.

They advertise 24 hour check in, but when we checked in at 11:30 PM there was no staff at the desk and the check in kiosks didn’t function. We had to walk a long distance to another hotel to check in. The staff member there was pleasant and helpful and informed us the kiosks rarely function. Perhaps the Lady Luck should invest in people instead of technology.
