I see lady Lucy is dog friendly. Horrible to see dog poop in the garage as we are walking in

It may be a seasonal thing with temperatures in Colorado mountains with me being from a southern state but seems like the AC would not cool the temp down in room. Even after several hours. Cool out side so it could be saving power. Other than that and a do not disturb sign since I like to keep in all was great.

Room was fine, water was hot and bed was comfortable. Only negative was the room temperature, it was too warm and the a/c was running. It made sleeping difficult.

Didn’t like the fact that for a late check in you have to walk to a different casino to get your room key and then walk all the way across the other casino to get to the actual hotel

We enjoyed our stay and my complaint would be that they need to replace the hvac system in the hotel. The windows were covered but we were understanding about the hotel remodel. We had a power outage but was back on quickly.
