About a year brought my cat in because he was having breathing problems, uncontrollable sneezing nearly nonstop. I suggested that it may be an upper respiratory infection, they insisted it was a polyp even though he was too young for that to be likely. I trust them thinking they are experts, they go ahead with a procedure to attempt to remove said polyp...which they never find but still have no problem charging me 800 dollars to shove a camera up my sweet baby's nasal canal. Called today because my dog ate a mint chocolate protein bar. Lindsay asked the ingredients but since we did not know the amount of chocolate in the bar she called the company and found out the amount and talked to one of the vets, only to find out it wasn't enough to cause concern. I don't think you can find this quality of customer service and patient care anywhere else!
