couldn't get meds for other animals even tho I work with a 301c rescue and could prove that my 2 other animals have valid records..and 4 day's after wound care of an abandoned animal I pd 1,000 up front was sick again and wounds had to be drained by another vet more cost again! 💔 don't work well with the situation was not happy...back to my vet never should have used them but was convenient for my fosterer while I work my way to recover my new rescue I'm adopting

We have traveled from Eunice 2 times. They have billed us for over $600 and we still don't have a diagnosis or the courtesy of a simple call back. Think twice before you trust you fur baby with this veterinarian center. They don't care about anything but money.

Our dog was in their care for a week and was returned to us vomiting, and passing blood clots in his urine from a severe kidney and bladder infection. His vet said it was either from severe dehydration or holding his urine for prolonged periods. During the week he was in their care, we received 2 pics and the update that he was eating and drinking just fine. When I returned to LVCC the day after pickup for answers, I was told he was aggressive and had no physical interaction. So, we need to find out why nobody noticed blood ... read more

I will never understand a facility that is based on the care of animals that will turn away their patient for lack of payment. Their policy is no treatment without payment. I just left moments ago, and although I am left with a payment of $250, my dog has not been diagnosed or helped because we could not make a payment tonight for the X-rays and ultrasound that the vet wanted to perform in order to figure out what’s wrong with him. Brought a cat in that four hours prior seem to be fine later bloody mucus pouring out the nose brought it in after hours I asked the vet to look in its mouth she tried twice and the cat wouldn’t cooperate so she stopped but she did say she had missing teeth said no fever it’s respiratory here’s some anabiotic‘s I asked if this was life-threatening because this happened so fast it was puzzling oh no just take the anabiotic‘s call if there’s any problems the next couple of days I called the cats getting worse and worse I’ll br... read more

they don't listen to what you have to say as a customer and do things at their own discretion without taking what you had to say into consideration. then they penalize you for calling them out on their incompetence of listening to their customers. They can't even take a simple change of address properly.

I can say the Vets here are awesome and caring, I moved my pup here from Banfield for a reason! However most recently the lack of communication and understanding when it comes to needs and what is said with the staff here has got ridiculous, they want to charge me for a medication I told them I did not need and do not have in my possession! I made this more then clear when speaking to them on the phone and now keep telling me that they can’t take it back! Makes me ashamed that this is a vet in Louisiana. Lily deserved better care.
