Run away from this place. Unless your loved one is absolutely insane and needs to be tied to a bed immediately, do not let them go here. It is not a mental heath facility - it is a prison. They will hold you against your will - yes I even called 911 and the police officers could not get my family member out - simply by having a nurse (qualified or not in this case) sign what is call a 1013. Awful. They dont take appointments for new patients and instead rely on you to walk in. For those patients that do walk in, you have to wait until a Dr is free. I waited almost 3 hours! Who has time for that?
