Most of the staff has a horrible attitude you feel even more uncomfortable and anxious they put you with the others who have even more unstable mental health than you and when you ask them for water they give you a small water bottle and you feel dehydrated and they don't even let you keep the top of the water bottle and even when they are handing out food and you've told them you don't eat pork they still will give me and others there pork when we already would tell these people there that we can't have pork and the mattres... read more

We were seeking information to make critical decisions, and the people answering the phones were unable to answer basic general questions, unwilling to transfer my call to someone more knowledgeable and their rude attitude came through with wild disrespect. When a call comes in, it should be handled with kindness, Professionalism, and respect. I guess they aren't paid enough for that. Didn't get questions answered so... I'll keep searching while my friend suffers in silence. Thank you for your hang-up. That's one way ... read more

The worst hospital i have ever been to. I went to peachford and Ridgeview, both of them were a walk in the park compared to this place. It is like prison and I saw a girl try to jump out of the window when it could not be broken. Another patient sat in my face and stared at me for an hour before I had to get someone. The nurses will tell u u can't do anything because you have an attitude. It was horrible. Do not send a loved one there. They do not try to help you. They keep you confined to your room or you can watch tv. That... read more

My fiance was tortured, not helped, by this place. She was there for Depression but was placed in a Dimentia ward and kept there even though her Lakeview staff Social Worker told me it was an inappropriate ward for patients with Depression. Her perscription drugs, including SSRIs that can worsen depression if skipped, were given inconsistently. Half of the clothing I brought never got to her and were discovered in another building upon discharge. She was kept in a room with locked-closed blinds 7 of her 9 days there a... read more

ZERO STARS - my husband (61) - recovering stroke patient in a severe manic / psychotic state. Our local hospital transferred him there (52 miles from our town). We voluntarily admitted. They missed 2 doses of blood thinner. He was there 5-1/2 days. I HAD NO CONTACT WITH DOCTOR - and I have medical directive. Could not give me clear info on meds - it changed every time I talked to nurse. He was given some meds without seeing doctor. Could not tell me who his case worker was. Explained his fragile condition /bad reaction to a... read more

A family member was a patient there and was released without a follow up plan. When we voiced concern over the fact that she was given medicine that required follow up care, they pretended to schedule an appointment at an office for 8:00 AM the following morning. When we arrived, we discovered this facility had never been called, and in fact didn't take this family member's insurance. When I called back, I was told to "call the number on the back of your insurance card, they'll help." When I did so, my insurance carrier voic... read more

Doesn't treat patients or employees well, specifically some of the nurses and the company's CFO. This place is a money-grab, with little respect or care for people who come here for help or to work. I would avoid it if you're thinking about admitting a loved one here or working here.

I just recently admitted my 10 year old to this facility. Unfortunately, I did not read reviews of the facility before signing the consent form at the emergency department of the children's hospital. I spoke with my son and according to him the staff was pleasant and treated him exceptionally well. Therefore, I can only provide 1 star. My own personal review is that they are horrible at communicating with loved ones or the patient's parents. Just speaking as a parent that had a crisis with her child, I believe they should b... read more
