Zero Stars. This is the worst review I have ever written in my life. It makes me realize how horrible, uncaring, and incompetent people can be. These people should not be working in hospitals and be penalized for their actions. If you have a loved one sent to this place, try to avoid it. I was the only contact listed for someone I loved who was transferred here from another hospital. All my calls and messages for the doctor, social worker, and case manager were ignored. This place is horrible! My child was there and I couldn't ever reach anyone. She was there 6 days and not one called returned to me. I complained and requested to speak to administration. unprofessional is an understatement. Totally set up to pack in patients and run up a bill. Please avoid this place. I give it a year before the standard commission shuts it down.

Never go here. It is incarceration. Voluntary admission for suicidal ideation, thought I would be treated or given new meds. All they do is hold you, staff is unprofessional, untrained, treated us like inmates and this was a punishment. Eventually you learn to lie to tell them all is well so you can get out! Not the least bit therapeutic, being held for over a week when I was no longer thinking/talking of self-harm. Saw psychiatrist for 3 minutes, he asked me what meds I have tried that might work. Figured I'd finally do my part in telling people to avoid this place like the plague. My personal experience went something like this. I entered in and once my father was assured I would be ok. I waited about 6 hours before a nurse came in to do an evaluation and send me to the room they had for me. Next up was the constant fighting, the nurses being callous and always eager to give you the "booty juice" as they called it. I would give zero stars if I could. Please don't send your child her. My daughter came her 34 hrs ago and was almost assaulted once and then tonight was assaulted. We are now at children's health care of Atlanta and she is getting stitches has a black eye and busted lip. I send my child here for help and protection and u failed her. Please don't send your child here for any reason

Most of the staff has a horrible attitude you feel even more uncomfortable and anxious they put you with the others who have even more unstable mental health than you and when you ask them for water they give you a small water bottle and you feel dehydrated and they don't even let you keep the top of the water bottle and even when they are handing out food and you've told them you don't eat pork they still will give me and others there pork when we already would tell these people there that we can't have pork and the mattres... read more

We were seeking information to make critical decisions, and the people answering the phones were unable to answer basic general questions, unwilling to transfer my call to someone more knowledgeable and their rude attitude came through with wild disrespect. When a call comes in, it should be handled with kindness, Professionalism, and respect. I guess they aren't paid enough for that. Didn't get questions answered so... The worst hospital i have ever been to. I went to peachford and Ridgeview, both of them were a walk in the park compared to this place. It is like prison and I saw a girl try to jump out of the window when it could not be broken. Another patient sat in my face and stared at me for an hour before I had to get someone. The nurses will tell u u can't do anything because you have an attitude. It was horrible. Do not send a loved one there. They do not try to help you.
