This place is awful they can't even figure out how to transfer a call. Once you're in there you might as well not exist. The staff members are rude and unprofessional. I have never had this many issues trying to get in contact with a loved one. F**k this place and the people that run it.

This was my daughter first psychotic break. They we horrible to put it nicely. No one bothered to ask about past medical history, no one called to explain what's happening nothing!!! I never heard from a doctor to explain anything. I was called. 9 days after she was admitted to come get her. Still no one explained how we were to help or what our expectations should be. Never ever send anyone you love here. They are good for taking care of a box or rocks and a bowl of goldfish. Period!!!

Do not bring your child here!!! they will be more traumatized than they were going in this joke of a place. The staff mock the kids that already have medical issues. All nurses/Techs need to loose their license.. EXCEPT Rhonda she needs to run this place and replace the whole staff.. No Doctor is there No psychiatrist is there. They beat on your kids, Dope them up with 'Booty Juice' and lie to the parents!! My child was kicked in the chest by a MAN tech my child is a girl!!!.. They slam kids on the beds and floor... Is there a way to possibly shut this place down!? I hate this place! They make you feel like you're asking stupid questions and their answer will always be "we don't know" and try to blame others for every negative action. They're keeping my cousin here without any consult of anybody. He doesn't even remember being transferred here or how he even got here. Everything is just overall terrible there. I was crying when I got there and not one person the whole time I was crying (which was like 2 hours straight) asked if I was okay. Instead of asking if I was okay I was told to "be quiet". In the consult rooms there is holes in walls, blood on the couch, and you don't get any sort of food the whole you're there (I was personally there for 7 hours). Zero Stars. This is the worst review I have ever written in my life. It makes me realize how horrible, uncaring, and incompetent people can be. These people should not be working in hospitals and be penalized for their actions. If you have a loved one sent to this place, try to avoid it. I was the only contact listed for someone I loved who was transferred here from another hospital. All my calls and messages for the doctor, social worker, and case manager were ignored. This place is horrible! My child was there and I couldn't ever reach anyone. She was there 6 days and not one called returned to me. I complained and requested to speak to administration. unprofessional is an understatement. Totally set up to pack in patients and run up a bill. Please avoid this place. I give it a year before the standard commission shuts it down.

Never go here. It is incarceration. Voluntary admission for suicidal ideation, thought I would be treated or given new meds. All they do is hold you, staff is unprofessional, untrained, treated us like inmates and this was a punishment. Eventually you learn to lie to tell them all is well so you can get out! Not the least bit therapeutic, being held for over a week when I was no longer thinking/talking of self-harm. Saw psychiatrist for 3 minutes, he asked me what meds I have tried that might work. Figured I'd finally do my part in telling people to avoid this place like the plague. My personal experience went something like this. I entered in and once my father was assured I would be ok. I waited about 6 hours before a nurse came in to do an evaluation and send me to the room they had for me. Next up was the constant fighting, the nurses being callous and always eager to give you the "booty juice" as they called it.
