Very pleasant and competent service representative!!
Service was good and my Advisor was excellent. My rating is based on the fact I had to return my vehicle for an issue that I pointed out when I dropped it off. The issue resurfaced and requires more diagnosis.
Excellent service, car was ready before the estimated time, staff availability for all of my questions.

The service was conducted, but the wait time was long. There were goodies to eat while waiting and a section where you could use your laptop while waiting.
