Was not a good experience over the years. I have took my car to the dealer and work was done before the pandemic but now mechanics work had to be redone in Florida did not appreciate this service and time was promised did not work out not a good place for service of my vehicle. Would not recommend.

I ask to speak with the service manager, and he never did call. The service writer would not call me I had to call her for any updates.

Service manager called several times but used car manager was not available at Buick store where vehicle came from.
Horrible service department. Was treated on multiple visits as though Range Rover owners are stupid money bags. The environment was that I shouldn't question the service recommendation and especially not the cost of the service recommendation. That dealership and service dept. had lost my business forever; we have two Range Rovers and were planning on replacing both this year.

My car went up in flames, the insurance company totaled out my car. Terrible service, I havent heard a single word from Jaguar Land Rover Alexandria.
dealership sold the car immediately after i was starting the process of who my lender would be, the only way i found out i went to the web sight and car was gone .NO CALL FROM THE SELLS MAN, NOTHING . i guess that business.
Took my car in for my car alarm sounding randomly, and I told them what the problem was and what needed to be replaced to fix the problem. I even ordered the part in advance so it would be ready when I got there. So, when I initially arrive, I see that they want to charge me $250+ to service the vehicle. I ask why, since I told them what the problem was. They claim its insurance in case I run into the same problem.
