They're always so busy. It too 2 day to get this done; then it was over $1000. I wish I had a Mercedes or Lexus. Their service is pristine in Arlington and Alexandria.

We took our car in because of an issue when starting the car, but there was no explanation after. When I asked about an oil change, the advisor said was that Range Rover only does oil changes at 20,000 miles, and Id have to pay over $300 even though we purchased the service package. When I said that seemed like a lot of miles, she told me to look it up in the manual. This was the most curt interaction Ive ever had at a car dealership and makes me regret leaving Lexus.

Unfair charges for loaner car. The employees in the service department dealing with loaner vehicles need to be more customer service oriented. After buying my Range there and taking to services there every time, I was charge a $150 for an small scratch in th3 wheel that was there before I took the car out of the dealer.

I was very disappointed because first I did not receive a rental while my car was keep for service my most expensive car and the only dealer that didn't offer a rental there is still damage to my exterior that has not been addressed and no update given other service seems acceptable but once again I am disappointed in Land Rover service of my 2020 Range Rover I think they can learn from Mercedes my score is being generous it should really be lower

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! I have taken my vehicle to other dealers and never been charged a $580 diagnostic fee without doing any work which was not explained to by your agent Ash. Never the less to receive a seventeen thousand dollar estimate. I took my vehicle to another Ranger Rover dealer here in Maryland gave them your diagnostic report and was told that the vehicle did not need all the items your dealership requested. ZERO Stars.
