Scheduled a recall notice appointment for my RR L405. Called the dealership and service dept. directly. After travelling 50 miles to get to the dealership and being there for over an hour, they informed us that they didn't have the parts. The appointment was made 2 weeks prior. At any point in time, they could have rescheduled citing no parts. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of peoples time.
Awful customer service. No cost transparency. Returned vehicle in a worse state.
The dealership did not start working on the vehicle for 2 days, they do not offer loaner cars and they failed to keep me informed of the progress.
As a Range Rover owner and customer of Land Rover Alexandria (their brand new facility looks great) for many years, I can definitely say that after my last experience I will never take my vehicle to them for service again.
I was told it was a 2 hour appointment for a warranty recall action. They kept my vehicle for 8 hours with no response to status request or updates on the status tracker.
As an active military member, I have had service completed at several locations (HI,VA,GA,CA, & NC) who always went above and beyond. Unfortunately, I must be honest that my first JLRALX visit was the most insentient visit that I have experienced from any LR service over the last eight years. Got a oil change and recall repair completed. On the way home, engine light came and emailed the service manager Justin to never receive a response. I have lost confidence in the ability and will try other dealership in the DMV area.
Horrible communication and response time. Car still isnt fixed after 4 weeks.
I scheduled the appointment for 2 recalls I received on my 2021 Range Rover sport Went to the new dealership and the representative told me to go back home because they dont have the SIm card (they have to order it) and because the iCloud of Range Rover is not working and they will contact me in few days to schedule a new appointment!!! Guess what no one called ! Looks like iCloud of Range Rover is still not working The worst service ever
