This has been my worst experience with a bank. They would not accept my paycheck through mobile banking. Because of this, my account was overdrawn, to which I was charged many insufficient funds charges. Every time you call to speak to a representative it is at least a 30 minute wait. When in contact they need to transfer you to a different department, wait again. I was told it couldnt be resolved because it was too close to end of day and that department was not responding. I hate this bank and will be going other places. When I noticed my bank account was already negative at 2am, and had a pending charge, I went to the bank as soon as it opened in the morning and deposited enough to cover it. But guess what it had already posted. And I called customer service and the lady was rude and unhelpful. I asked her for advice on what I'm supposed to do because there is no way for me to deposit in the middle of the night because the atms where I am don't have deposits. Never work with this place. They will not help you and they will charge you fees and never take them away to help a valuable customer. I've worked with other credit unions before and have never been so disappointed. Make sure you get insurance in your vehicle right away no matter if you don't think it's fair even if you didn't take delivery of the vehicle yet.
