I recently had a car loan through them, and the overall experience was truly outstanding. The mobile app was fantastic—easy to navigate, and setting up payments was an absolute breeze. I paid the car off not long ago, and although I wasn’t in a hurry to receive the title (since I know that can take some time), I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it arrived. Zero stars for Landmark!They will refuse to work with those going through financial hardship.I would recommend a loan shark before Landmark CU!
I would rather deal with a loan shark or a payday loan store than go to Landmark. The level of intimidation and added costs is next level extortion. I've had many loans but would never, never go back to Landmark!Zero stars for Landmark!
Shockingly poor customer service for a credit union. Do not expect to talk to a person when you call, plan for hold times of at least fifteen minutes, and expect corporate-bank level runaround nonsense when you do force your way into a conversation with someone. That's just for personal accounts. For business accounts, be prepared to have to come back six times to redeliver paperwork they already have. They are quick to pass the buck to any other branch, department, or company, instead of working to resolve the problem.
We went in for a *****. Mind you we went to other places before landmark and were offered various offers just wanted to compare. We sat down with Kayla ******* for about twenty minutes. The same day we received an email saying we were denied. We have never taken out anything on our home going on twenty years of ownership. I had a hacker steal $2300.00 from my account I reported it right away and they said that's too bad. I believe that this is an inside job and this must be happening to a lot of people their. Stay away from these crooks or you will pay for it .
The location in *******, ** has employees standing around doing puzzles. They help customers but this is what we are paying them to do?? Dont they have business practices to do?? This is what my grandmother does at the nursing home.
Landmark Credit union deserves a ZERO . They failed to close my account . I brought it to theur attention and they do not care. They have extremly poor customer appreciation . Landmark caused me to lose money and my time . Stay clear of Landmark credit Union
