I recently had a car loan through them, and the overall experience was truly outstanding. The mobile app was fantastic—easy to navigate, and setting up payments was an absolute breeze. We went in for a *****. Mind you we went to other places before landmark and were offered various offers just wanted to compare. We sat down with Kayla ******* for about twenty minutes. The same day we received an email saying we were denied. We have never taken out anything on our home going on twenty years of ownership. I had a hacker steal $2300.00 from my account I reported it right away and they said that's too bad. I believe that this is an inside job and this must be happening to a lot of people their. Stay away from these crooks or you will pay for it .
The location in *******, ** has employees standing around doing puzzles. They help customers but this is what we are paying them to do?? Dont they have business practices to do?? This is what my grandmother does at the nursing home.
Landmark Credit union deserves a ZERO . They failed to close my account . I brought it to theur attention and they do not care. They have extremly poor customer appreciation . Landmark caused me to lose money and my time . Stay clear of Landmark credit Union
I HAVE HAD AN ACCOUNT HERE FOR DECADES, WHEN I RELOCATED, KEPT IT, NOW I GET NO SERVICE, I HAVE A FUKING GUARDIAN, TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, CAN'T GET A STATEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS BANK, IT IS AWFUL, TAKE IT FROM SOMEONE, HERE FOR DECADES!!!!!!!!
We used to love Landmark. But Sheri ******* *****was my financial advisor. She recommended I invest in this specific Chase account that if I left my money in there for 7 years it guaranteed a specific percentage return. She fucking lied. I would have made more in a CD. I would have done better if I'd put the money under my mattress, at least I could have used it in 7 years. I didn't make shit. Do not trust these thieves.
I will be going to another credit union after nearly 2 decades. They have horrible overdraft services, they mess with postings on the accounts to maximize their overdraft fees they take, they allowed FOUR transactions to decline on a SAVINGS account that hasnt been used and racked up $120 in overdraft fees. They will hold deposits and let pending debits post to allow a $30 fee and then post the salary or deposit.
