The staff was AMAZING! They always greeted me and took super good care of my Pops. A couple of staff even called me after he passed.
I give them a 5 for all! They've been a great fit for my mom! Nice big units, responsive staff when I have questions or concerns, variety of activities, my mom likes the food and actually goes down to the dining room to eat. This is her 3rd assisted living facility, and is by far the best. Also, even though it's a large facility, it doesn't feel like it, if that makes sense.
The facility and their staff were so welcoming, warm and respectful. The facility was so clean. The residents were friendly and welcoming as well. Love the layout of the facility and felt secured.
The facility seemed well-staffed. The memory care was well maintained and clean. The staff had experience and had some tenure. Overall, I was impressed.
I would rate them all 5! It was a great experience. Although we have decided to try and keep mom in her house as long as possible, I do see us using Landon in the future when it's no longer possible. Although we we were not able to meet a lot of the staff, the ones we did were very nice. I will say our their Care Coordinator, [name removed] was the absolute best! The tour was exceptional, especially with the marketing director. All staff members were cheerful, social, and welcoming. They knew the names of both residents and their family members, which created a warm and personal atmosphere. The facility itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable and inviting ambiance.
