I would rate them all 5! It was a great experience. Although we have decided to try and keep mom in her house as long as possible, I do see us using Landon in the future when it's no longer possible. Although we we were not able to meet a lot of the staff, the ones we did were very nice. I will say our their Care Coordinator, [name removed] was the absolute best! The tour was exceptional, especially with the marketing director. All staff members were cheerful, social, and welcoming. They knew the names of both residents and their family members, which created a warm and personal atmosphere. The facility itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable and inviting ambiance. This facility is amazing! It is a very personal experience. They make you feel like family the minute you walk in! They treat it like an upscale hotel and not a treatment facility. The refer to the rooms as apartments and have a chef in the kitchen. The food is good and lots for the residents to do. They had a Veterans Days program and recognized all the Vets. They also recognized the residents that have birthdays in November with cupcakes ??!

Landon Ridge has exceeded my families expectations. My dad has been in a couple other facilities, and this one has exceeded our expectations. The staff, the nurses, the med techs, the cooks and everyone in between have been exceptional! They are all kind and genuine. Definition of "assisted " living. Staff is great. Facility does not respond in a timely fashion. Encouragement of clients to attend. My sister may be difficult, but that should not stop the encouragement for involvement.

Recommend getting a camera installed in the room to watch over loved one. Most of the staff is great but there are always a few that aren't and it's usually the midnight shift. There are tons of activities at the facility and out of the facility for ppl to enjoy and it feels more like a resort/hotel/apartment and not a nursing home. This is definitely one of the best places for my loved one and I'm glad it's not too far from me. It does cost a lot and I'm not too fond of the annual increase but it's the best place out of the... read more

Landon Ridge AR is a beautiful community. The management down to the staff all care for the residents with such passion and commitment. I couldn't ask for a better home for my mother! The maintenance and culinary departments are outstanding as well. The food is delicious, and I probably eat at the facility around 4 times a week.
