In sales, Rick Metcalf is one high quality salesperson to work with..did whatever was required, at times above and beyond, that resulted in the sale of a 2018 G90. Ashley Ray has been my service representative for the past 4-years. Ashley is the reason I will be going back to this Larry H Miller Genesis dealership. She got me into the service time slot, even though the system did not function properly, by plugging in my time slot . You can’t please everyone, but she’s easy to work with.

Ashleigh did a great job for us. first of all, i had scheduled our appt at 8:40, my bad, I meant 9:40. No problem for Ashleigh; we came in at around 9 ish, she had our "loaner" waiting, and it only took a few minutes to handle the 'loaner' paperwork. She was attentive and took the time when our GV80 was ready to have it cooled (temps today 110). I've seen some of the critical comments here and these people need to get a life. I will continue to work with Ashleigh

My husband and I purchased a 2021 GV80 back in Sept 2021 from the dealership. We LOVE this vehicle. It is a truly well-built vehicle with all the bells and whistles and is very fun to drive. Great experience! Brought my New GV80 to Larry Miller because I was denied service at Earnhardt Genesis in Scottsdale for not having enough miles on my car for a first oil change. Which I found was untrue because at the time I had 6200 miles and the snotty receptionist and service told me I needed 7500. So I was willing to drive all the way to Larry Miller up in Peoria because if they’re outstanding reviews.
