Ashley was very courteous and friendly and very professional. The service done on the car was done well. Unfortunately my appointment was for 10:00 a.m. and they didn't actually take my car into the shop until 11:00 a.m.

I hope Genesis will continue to evaluate service levels as a company and give deals full support. If you want to compete with Lexus Mercedes etc you will need to support local dealerships. Larry h. Miller is a good role model. Thanks for the service!

Ashleigh Ray took care of my vehicle while Ana Nadjalin assisted me with keeping my vehicle pristine and to top it off Nick Laffon came out to check on me and make sure I was completely satisfied with my recent purchase. LHM picked up my new GV80 and repaired the back seat. There was a slit in the leather when I purchased it a month ago. While the valet service was great, when I purchased the car the GM said they would fix it the next week. It took a month.
