Works well; easy to install; decent per-page cost compared with other carts Works fine in my Brother printer. I like the care Brother takes protecting the cartridge -- in addition to the stopper plug that you remove prior to installation, the entire cartridge is vacuumed sealed in the package. Great price Great ink for model 5920
Low price, high capacity I purchased this ink to replace the cartridge that shipped with my Brother MFC-J5920DW Spend Less for More Pages with INKvestment Cartridges . I like that the large capacity cartridge is low priced; similar sized ink cartridges for my HP and Epson printers are at least 35-50 versus the 21 I paid for this one. The projected print capacity on one Brother cartridge is 2400 pages. If I get half that, it will still be better than the others, again making it a solid buy. 1.0 out of 5 stars Examine before opening I opened my "new" ink cartridge and to my surprise it was another used, empty cartridge. Now I must wait 4 days to print while I wait for another to be delivered. Was it a customer returned scam that I got? Who knows.

2.0 out of 5 stars Frequently clogs This looked like a legit Brother product, but we've had to run the cleaning function 3 or 4 times already because it clogs and doesn't print properly. For several years we've used after-market cartridges and never had this problem.
Color smears The 1st couple of pictures I printed turned out good. The next 3...the ink was still wet when I grabbed the picture by the corner. The color on the last 3 were smeared and color was distorted. I will have to go back next time to a name brand ink cartridges and pay a bit more.
Bad Cartridge This item says it’s from Brother, but it was not sealed and does not work.
