They were empty before I could use them! Completely dissatisfied! I’ve placed these cartridges in my printer only to find out they’re empty!! Troubleshot with Brother and they pointed out there’s indicator window which clearly shows they are empty (also my printer won’t print because it says they’re empty). I spent too much money to get nothing for it.
Wrong Ink Printer just ran out of ink (Yellow) Had ordered set of ink in November 2019, dug the box out, found that the one that was supposed yellow was Blue and not for my printer, Note to self. ALWAYS CHECK
Cartridge not recognized. my printer did not recognize this cartridge. Tried reinstalling multiple times, restarting the printer, etc. Nothing worked. Printer won't print unless all color and black cartridges are recognized.
Cartridge is 50% only I ordered all the colors for ink, and yellow cartridge is half empty. This is not good and feel cheated. I took picture when I put all CYM cartridge it clearly show yellow cartridge is just 50%
Lasted one month I don't do much printing and this cartridge lasted one month

Another catridge that does not live up to the marketing hype. Surprise! Another printer company lied about the actual capacity of their print cartridges. No, not really. Not a surprise at all. But if you get 1200 pages out of this... May you win the lottery.

Clog, clog, clog. Ugh....I don't know what is wrong with this cartridge but every time I go to print something the cartridge is clogged. For the price, this would not make this an exceptional purchase. While it is a true Brother product and I believe in their products, I just got a lemon cartridge, I suppose. Will that make me stop ordering it? NO, as there are more problems with buying a 'knock-off' cartridge that usually comes from China. Don't do that. Not worth it.
