Ridiculous Put new cartridges in, did two head cleanings....ink now at less than half!
No ink in the yellow cartridge and the others are all low. I buy cartridges ahead of time so I always have ink in an emergency. Yesterday I changed out all four cartridges and did a test and there was no yellow printing. Did a clean head utility a few times and still no yellow printed. The status monitor showed no yellow ink. Used cartridges Sadly these arrived already open. The cartridges that come from the factory are individually wrapped but the ones I received were all inside of a sandwich bag. It feels like this was a previous customer return that was unchecked and recent to me.. already requested a return ( will update on how it goes)
Rating of this item won't provided a buyer with any useful information Available aftermarket cartridges from other vendors won't work. Tried them, learned my Brother printer won't measure and display ink level and soon stops printing, presumably because it thinks the cartridges are empty. Why would anybody think Brother designed it to do that?
Not worth it There is no way this could be genuine brother ink. I printed twice with this ink and one of those times was without color and the other had very little color in the document, after finish printing I realised the quality was a bit off so I did a print head cleaning and after that I got a message saying the yellow is done and I was surprised to see the others so very low. This is definitely not worth the money. Better off buying generics
delivery not good product was delivered with damage box
What a Waste! This printer has been a nightmare since I bought it. Replaced the ink this morning and they show empty on all the colors except black. Brother says it's because I cleaned the print heads a couple times. Hard to believe that cleaning the heads would use up 800 pages of ink. I do not recommend this Brother printer or the refills.
Very disappointed with Brother supplies. 1st order only printed yellow. 2nd order yet to arrive.
Not enough ink in cartridges. Ink runs out too quickly. Not satisfied.
